Dear Friend, for me, the words "graham crackers" Evoke an image of my Dad's cherry cheesecake with
its thick, buttery graham cracker crust - My favorite part. My dad was our family's cook, baker, and
recipe-adjuster. Many of my happiest memories of him are of our kitchen time together, when he taught
Me the basics, from reading recipes to measuring, mixing, and chopping. From my dad I received
the life-long gift of enjoying cooking - and I continue to treasure his cookbooks containing
