Ingredients Pea Starch, White Rice Flour, Cornstarch, Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Dextrose, Defatted Soy
Flour, Baking Powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, pea starch, mono calcium
phosphate), Inulin, Pea Protein, Pea Fibre, Fructose, Salt, Cream of Tartar, Baking Soda, Cellulose,
Natural Flavour, Guar Gum.
Pancakes: Preheat griddle to 375°F (medium heat). Coat pan lightly with cooking spray. In a bowl
combine 1 egg 1 tbsp oil 3/4 cup water, club soda, or milk Whisk for 2 min. Slowly add 1 cup Pancake
and Waffle Mix. Whisk until combined. Drop batter onto preheated cooking surface. Flip pancakes when
edges begin to curl and top bubbles. Variation: Add blueberries or chocolate chips to the batter before
cooking. Waffles: Preheat waffle iron to 375°F (medium heat). Coat pan lightly with cooking spray. In
a bowl combine 1 egg 3 tbsp oil 1 cup water Whisk for 2 min. Slowly add 2 cups Pancake and Waffle
Mix. Whisk until combined. Drop batter onto preheated waffle iron. Follow waffle iron
directions for bake cycle.
